    An Antique Cast Iron Guillotine Tobacco Cutter, 19th century with a patent date of August 1891. Condition is good overall for age, arm rotates freely and guillotine travles up and down. Patina to cast iron as seen, spring does compress and has seperation as seen at the bottom of the spring. See photos for condition.
