SELLER'S NOTES: This is a previously owned antique cast iron tobacco cutter in very good condition with no visible signs of damage. Everything is in good working order and the blade is still sharp. There is, however, a small, BB size half-round hole in the center of the blade edge that looks like it could be intentional, but could also be a possible production flaw. With close examination under a magnifier, the metal does not appear broken but neatly rounded so it is hard to tell. It does not appear to disqualify the machine as a still useful tool with plenty of life left in it.
