    A Valet Auto Strop Razor Utility Knife
    This collectible is a Cigar tip cutter and also at the end of the blade is
    a metal point to pierce the cigar. The point is bent.
    On the metal embossed is Brooks Broiler Metal Treatment.
    The cigar tobacco blade folds up into the metal case.
    Good condition,  with some micro scratches and a small amount of paint residue on blade
    Could be used on a keychain or watch chain
