Tobacco cutter that says ‘ Western Grocers Co. Albert Lea Minn.’ On bottom it says T.C. Johnson Co. Quincy Il. As you can see in photos this piece was probably repainted a while back, paint has minor chips and fading. Normally these are Nickel finish and not sure what condition the nickel is under the paint, leave that up to buyer to leave as is or strip. Handle in good shape, blade is solid and no cracks in cast iron. Great old display piece. Any questions please ask.
