Any item that we sell that is not working properly when received by the buyer will be covered under the terms of our warranty. The item will be exchanged/returned/refunded to the seller at the buyer’s expense. The item will be tested to determine its condition. If the item is not working and there are no obvious signs of physical damages, we will exchange the item immediately or refund, excluding shipping costs. Buyer must notify us within 90 days of receiving the item and if any problem that may require an exchange, return or refund. cover the following conditions under our warranty:
The buyer's inability or lack of experience or knowledge to install or use the equipment.
The buyer's attempt to use the equipment purchased in some special application that may require different hardware or new equipment only.
The buyer will be charged a 20% restocking fee for all items returned that are determined to be in working order, and a refund will not be given.
