Directions: Pull the lower cutter section apart from the upper section. Press the cutter into the head of the cigar twisting back and forth applying moderate pressure. Remove cutter from the cigar and use the plunger in upper section to knock out residue tobacco

Return policy
We offer a 30 day return policy. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. Refund for merchandise only, but not any shipping charges paid by the buyer. Item must be returned in original packaging.
