This listing is for a new aluminum Tie Rod / Steering rod, with NEW inner and outer heavy duty Teflon lined rod ends, that fits the front suspension of Polaris RMK Gen 2 snowmobiles made from 2000-01.
This replaces the discontinued and no longer available parts from Polaris with stronger and easier to find parts!
Includes #14, 7, 15, 11 and 13 in the second picture.
It is newly manufactured from solid (not hollow tube like OEM) heat treated aluminum 6061T6.  It has the proper right and left hand threads and the wrench flat machined in, like OEM parts - at less than half the cost.  I have 25+ years of experience making these parts, and satisfaction is guaranteed.
The length on this is 9", and with the rod ends it is adjustable in the range of 11 1/4".  The new rod ends, with jam nuts supplied, are a larger 7/16" thread and much stronger than OEM, and they still have the 3/8" holes so the bolts on the outer steering arm and inner rack are the same.
This part is not compatible with the stock 3/8" thread inner or outer tie rod ends, but I can make a custom part if you need it to be, or only supply the inner rod end and tie rod.
I can custom make most radius and tie rods as well.
