Return & Refund Policy
The PayPal Buyer Protection Policy is applicable for 180 days from the
date of payment and guarantees your purchase if an item you receive is
significantly not as described (e.g. defective) or an item is not
received.
The item may be returned in its original condition
for any reason other than mentioned above
if within 30 days of the date of delivery you write to request a
return. Under the 30-day return policy, the buyer is responsible for
return postage, and a refund will be issued for the purchase price
less the original shipping cost and the non-refundable PayPal transaction fees
when the item has been received back in its original condition.

the eBay Money Back Guarantee and PayPal Buyer Protection policies and
the procedures by which claims are presently evaluated under those
policies do not provide sellers with any reliable, meaningful and fair
process for disputing item not as described claims that could be
fraudulent, it is necessary for us to stipulate certain provisions in
our legally binding contract of sale with each buyer as to the
circumstances under which a buyer may justifiably raise an item not as
described claim under those or similar purchase protection programs. We
trust that these provisions serve to ensure fair treatment for both our
customers and ourselves: By determining the condition of the items
received from us upon their receipt with a high degree of certainty,
using the most indisputable form of evidence presently available for
doing so, the chances for disputes over the matter are virtually
eliminated. We feel that the majority of our customers -- who are honest
-- will appreciate that mutual security and not find it inconvenient to
comply.
Any claim
(including a return request, case or dispute; whether directed to us,
eBay, PayPal or your payment card issuer) that is based on an assertion
that the item(s) received were not as described in the eBay listing
,
such as that item(s) were damaged upon arrival, defective, incorrect,
or missing, shall be regarded as invalid under this contract and
shall
not be initiated/submitted/pursued by you unless the claim is
accompanied by substantiating evidence of the reported issue(s) in the
form of video recording
of each received parcel that meets the criteria below and that is freely accessible and viewable by us.
Lacking
such video evidence to support any claim to the contrary, you are
effectively acknowledging that the item received does match the item
description
.
Should
you, in spite of these provisions, initiate/submit/pursue such a claim
without the required video evidence, and the arbitrating party (e.g.
eBay or PayPal) issues you a resolution which causes us damage (e.g. a
refund and/or return of the product), we may initiate legal action
against you to seek compensation for the losses we incur as a result of
that breach of the contract. Be aware that, in doing so, you might also
induce the arbitrating party to commit an act of
tortious interference
with contractual relations, which is also an unlawful act that would
potentially be subject to legal action by us to recover damages.
The video recording shall:
1)
Clearly show all sides of the parcel while they are still sealed, or,
if unsealed, clearly show the affixed official notice from the postal
service or carrier or Customs that the parcel was opened in transit;
2) Clearly show the address label affixed to the parcel displaying the tracking number, the sender and the addressee;
3)
Clearly show all objects within the parcel being removed and inspected
closely, revealing the full extent of any problem issues to be reported;
4) Be uploaded to a publicly and freely accessible video hosting website and accessed through an http link to the file.
Payment
Please submit your payment within 24 hours of placing your order.
Payment is accepted via PayPal. Using PayPal, your source of funds may
be your PayPal balance, bank account, or Discover, American Express,
MasterCard or Visa credit or debit card. The price does not include
value-added tax or sales tax.
Cancellation of Order
After an order has been submitted it cannot be cancelled. E.U. 14-day
Right of Withdrawal is not applicable, as the seller is not based in the
E.U.
Delivery
Economy Shipping from China
cannot deliver to ALASKA, HAWAII or P.O. Boxes.
If
the parcel is undeliverable to your PayPal-registered shipping address,
even though tracking status may show returned to shipper, it cannot be
expected to actually be returned to us, and you will not get a refund
for your purchase in this situation.
If
a parcel is actually returned to us as refused or undeliverable to your
PayPal-registered address, the return will not be regarded as
authorized, the order will not be cancelled under these circumstances,
and you will need to pay for shipping again to have it re-sent to your
corrected PayPal shipping address.
U.S. shipping rates do not apply to U.S. protectorates.
