The exterior housing is finished in matte red and white and is dominated by a large Romeo y Julieta logo, a graphic that symbolizes premium cigar quality and a tradition going back over a century.  The housing is finished with six stainless steel screws, giving the unit an industrial feel.  This cutter has a great solid feel of quality, heavy in the hand, and smooth tight mechanics as it opens and closes.  Real quality!
