This is a Vintage Sterling Silver Cigar/Cheroot Cutter on a Vintage Silver Plated Watch Fob Chain. The total weight is 16.10 grams. It is in great condition for its age. The cutter measures 1 3/4 inches by 5/8 of an inch at its widest. The fob chain measures 10 inches. I am thinking 1900-1920 for its age. Just a guess. Postage covers all packing materials and the cost of shipping and handling. Thank you for looking.
